Blending the comforts of home with the ultimate in resort amenities and services, Sanctuary Camelback Mountain offers The Villas at Sanctuary, a collection of seven architecturally distinctive private mountainside villas. Providing the perfect milieu for intimate gatherings, guy/girlfriend getaways, and executive meetings, each villa offers a retreat of truly grand proportions.
Whether indulging in a two-night stay or month-long getaway, guests of The Villas at Sanctuary enjoy all the resort’s concierge and in-room services, with a personal butler and private luxury vehicle available upon request. During their stay, Sanctuary’s world-class facilities are at guests’ disposal, including the award-winning Sanctuary Spa, fitness center, championship tennis courts, and Arizona’s most magnificent infinity-edge pool.
A unique setting for fine living, each villa occupies over an acre of land. Varying villa amenities are designed to suit any traveler, including:
Villa del Sol: This unique guest enclave is dedicated to complete wellness, with distinct spa-centric amenities and a strong emphasis on the whole mind, whole body focus of the world-class Sanctuary Spa. The 3,500-square-foot four-bedroom villa accommodates up to eight guests and features a treatment room for massages (spacious enough for couples) and a movement studio for private classes and personal training. The private lawn invites guests to linger with fire bowls, and the private pool and wraparound patio extend the outdoor draws. For larger groups, four additional Terrace Casitas are available for rent adjacent to the villa.
Villa Roca: Once owned by tennis player, Ken Rosewall, this secluded 2,800-square-foot getaway boasts a contemporary, artistic design, with sleek finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows. The villa features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, spacious living, dining and kitchen areas and a private pool with two decks.
Villa Montana: A magnificent 4,800-square-foot retreat, it boasts a grand master suite, second bedroom and office area in the main residence, plus a separate guest casita with kitchen alcove and two bedrooms. Outdoors is a stunning 360-degree infinity-edge hot tub and pool with a gas-burning fireplace near the seating area.
Villa Luna: This recently renovated 5,500-square-foot villa offers endless sweeping panoramic views. The villa features a secluded master suite with floor-to-ceiling windows, a private indoor and outdoor shower with an oversized soaking tub, floor-to-ceiling glass walls and concrete staircases, four bedrooms, four baths, two powder rooms, a gourmet kitchen, an artful dining area, and a living area that opens into a deck. For a change from natural beauty, the home offers six flat-screen TVs.
Villa Mesa: Clean-lined with a comfortable yet modern sensibility, Villa Mesa is a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath retreat that offers contemporary furnishings and features, as well as an abundance of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. With 4,400-square-feet of living space, interiors are handsome and designed for entertaining, as is Villa Mesa’s outdoor space, with massive patio for al fresco dining and a beautiful pool.
Villa Ventana: The crown jewel, Villa Ventana sits at the highest point on Camelback Mountain, affording guests 270-degree views of Praying Monk, Mummy Mountain, Four Peaks and other points of interest. Its suspended patio is the perfect setting to take in a desert sunset. Two master suites, a stunning kitchen, indoor-outdoor living space, private pool, infinity-edge hot tub, and separate studio-style guest house with bedroom, full bathroom and wet bar define the Villa Ventana experience.
Villa Paz: Bright pops of vibrant color and modern amenities add cheer and comfort to Sanctuary’s newest villa. The three-bedrooms, three bath Villa offers floor to ceiling windows and sliding walls to create a unique indoor/outdoor living space. The outdoor firepit is complemented by a family-style dinner table and lounge chairs, perfect for time enjoyed al fresco.
Villa Norte: Spacious adobe-style design and unique southwestern décor make Villa Norte the perfect Arizona retreat. This 3,000 square- foot home boasts four spacious bedrooms with bathrooms plus a well-appointed dining and living area featuring hardwood floors, a wet bar and wood-burning fireplace ideal for entertaining.
