Class Descriptions

Morning Zen
A powerful combination of Hatha Yoga and Meditation to start your day with intention and peace, restoring your body to its optimal state

Sculpt & Stretch
Using your own body weight and light weights, this workout will add definition to your physique with high reps and isometric holds. This class intertwines recovery with a full body stretch

Restorative Yoga
This type of yoga focuses on alignment, while slowly moving and transitioning with your breath

Mindful Beach Walk
Join us at the Beach Club for some breath work and mindfulness before heading out on a power walk to learn about Montauk. Bare feet recommended

Yoga Flow
Vinyasa yoga flows through strong postures while linking breath to movement

Seaside Sound Bath
Using sound vibration with a multitude of instruments to heal, move energy, nurture, and release built up tension. This class is a meditation and does not involve movement

Pilates Sculpt
Using traditional Pilates mat exercises, this low impact workout focuses on small muscle groups to sculpt, tone, and strengthen

Mindful Movement
Mindful movement heightens mind/body connection using breath work, meditation, Pilates, and yoga. Join us in this practice to add more mindfulness to your movement

Intro to Lifting
Using free weights, kettlebells, and various machines, learn the art of heavy lifting. This class is focused on alignment and proper form, while building muscle and increasing strength

Yoga Sculpt
This type of yoga focuses on building strength and endurance. Using yoga poses and light hand/ankle weights, you will build heat in the body followed by a deep stretch

Prana and Plunge
This special wellness experience will take place in our Bath House combining the ancient practices of Prana (Sanskrit for life force) and cold plunging. The combination of these two practices offers each participant a transformative, invigorating experience that will improve mood, reduce inflammation, enhance circulation, and increase resilience.

30 Minute Stretch
30-Minutes of gentle movement & stretching to lengthen muscles and open the body for full release. Guided breathing exercises assist in quieting the mind and relaxing the body

Strength Training
Strength training incorporates a combination of free weights, kettle bells, and gym equipment to build muscle. This class takes place in the fitness center and space is limited
