BREATHWORK MEDITATION CLASS

Join special guest Stacy Luckey, Founder and CEO of Breath Reborn and immerse yourself in a transformative breathwork session designed to release stress, improve mental clarity, and promote a profound sense of relaxation. Through guided, conscious breathing techniques, you’ll connect deeply with your body, enhancing self-awareness and emotional balance. This class is ideal for all levels, whether you're looking to reduce stress, find inner calm, or explore mindfulness in a new way. For added comfort, wear cozy attire. Come with an open mind and discover how intentional breath can elevate your well-being.

Stacy Luckey, Founder and CEO of Breath Reborn, is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and anxiety & performance coach with a background in Education (B.Ed). Her mission is to help others find freedom from fear and emotional suffering through the healing power of their own breath. Stacy's thoughtfully designed sessions empower individuals to experience emotional freedom and inner strength.

Please note that there are some contraindications to this type of breathwork. If you experience any of the following, it is suggested to consult with your healthcare provider; heart conditions or arrhythmia, high/low blood pressure with fainting history, epilepsy, delicate pregnancy, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia or psychosis, untreated/severe PTSD, detached retina or glaucoma, history of strokes/seizures, recent major surgery.

Before digging into your turkey feast, join us for a 3.4 mile guided Turkey Trot throughout the beautiful neighborhood surrounding the resort. And, enjoy refreshing mimosas following the walk at Jade Bar where we will be showing the Macy’s Day Parade and football.

ALIGN & RELEASE WORKSHOP

3:00pm | Yoga Lawn | $35

Join us for a 75-minute wellness workshop that combines Pilates, self-myofascial release, and mindfulness. This session focuses on enhancing alignment, releasing physical and mental tension, and fostering a deeper mind-body connection. Through intentional movement and a guided writing exercise, you will identify limiting beliefs to release, culminating in a symbolic fire ceremony to let go and make space for new energy and intentions. Suitable for all experience levels, this intimate workshop invites you to embrace transformation.
